My school

My school name is Bandaranayake Central Colllege, Veyangoda. The school was originally one of the three first central collages established under the education reforms of late hon. C.W.W. Kannangara, who introduced free education in Sri lanka.

There are two thousand students in our school. all student are polite and well behoved with each other and with teachers. There are 135 teachers in my school. All of them are well qualified, experienced and hardworking. they take care of the students and give individua attention to every student. 

It has a big bulding having several classrooms, computer and science laboratories, auditoriums, two playgrounds, two hostels, library etc. There is a beautiful garden in my school where plants and flowers are planted.

The principalis very fond of extrocurricular activities and he always motivates the students to partisipate in There is a good arrangement for games, debates, singing, dancing and drowing. I love my school very much. I will always be thankful to my school for preparing me as a decent and well- educated person.
